3. The customer is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle due to their actions or the actions of their passengers.
4. The customer must inform the company of any changes to the booking details as soon as possible.

Responsibilities of the Company

1. The company will ensure that vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and comply with local safety standards.
2. The company will ensure that drivers are appropriately licensed, trained, and conduct themselves in a professional manner.
3. The company will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely pickup and drop-off, but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as traffic conditions, roadworks, or weather conditions.

Limitation of Liability
